The Urgent Care Center is offering a healthcare membership to help individuals, families, and businesses that do not have health insurance or are unable to afford the high cost of insurance. We have medical services at affordable rates, starting as low as $99 a month.”

Is “UR Health” a health insurance plan?
No. It is not a health insurance plan but a healthcare membership offered by Urgent Care Centers for day-to-day health care needs that can be treated by our providers.

Who is eligible for "UR Health"?
Individuals, couples, and families who are in need of common health care.

I Have Diabetes, High Cholesterol & a Pre-Existing Condition. Can I Still Join the “URHealth” Membership?
Yes. You can still be a member of “UR Health”. Even with a Pre-Existing Condition.

Are there any co-pays or deductibles?
No. There are zero co-pays and zero deductibles as long as you are a member of our “UR Health” services and stay within the framework of the services provided. Only under Schedule C there
is a fee.

Does my “UR Health” Membership Limit the Number of Visits to Urgent Care?
No. You are not limited to a specific number of visits during your annual term membership.

Who Accepts “UR Health”?
UR HEALTH is a membership plan for locations of “The Urgent Care Center” in North Haven, Norwalk and Orange only.

Does “UR Health” Cover Specialists Visits and
Prescription Drugs?
No. However, your membership with “UR Health” allows you to avail specialists services at pre-negotiated rates through our affiliated network.

What if I Get Hospitalized?
Hospitalization is not covered by “UR Health” and should you need coverage, our affiliated associates can offer you various Insurance Plans for coverage.
